The Heritage Parks Association is comprised of the home owners of the Monte Fiore development in the city of Scotts Valley, Santa Cruz County, California. These homes are tucked among the rolling foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains. Monte Fiore is at the southern-most tip of Scotts Valley, an area known as Gateway South. Our community can be reached by exiting Hwy 17 at Mt. Herman Road. The entrance to our community is Silverwood Drive, which is a few blocks south of the Hilton off of La Madrona Drive.
Monte Fiore is a gated community of Scotts Valley that consists of eighty-one executive estate style one and two-story homes. These homes are nestled in a small valley between two ridges, surrounding a central wetlands and nature preserve area. These homes have views that include the nature preserve and wetlands area, the Redwood Forest surrounding Scotts Valley, the Santa Cruz Mountains, Santa Cruz and Monterey Bay. Approximately a quarter of the homes sites are custom homes.
